Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping to the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (additional fee applies)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total and destination:
  • Orders under $50: $5.99 flat rate
  • Orders $50-$99: $3.99 flat rate
  • Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
Expedited shipping fees start at $12.99, depending on location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s site.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@sportkickss.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or issuing a refund at our discretion.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to confirm the address; re-shipping fees may apply.
